SHIPPING SUPERVISOR - Brunswick Cellulose Mill
This role has daily responsibility for the shipping and process at the Brunswick Mill. Fluff pulp is manufactured at the mill and is shipped in roll form to customers worldwide using multiple modes of transportation. The successful candidate will focus on safely meeting customer requirements for shipping product in the most cost effective manner and enhancing loader skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities/Expectations
Provide leadership through the effective utilization of the Market Based Management (MBM) Guiding Principles, Framework and Mental Models.
Facilitate a culture where the safety focus results in zero injuries and the compliance focus results in zero reportable incidents.
Provide leadership to optimize production schedules, transportation and shipping to efficiently and cost effectively meet customer requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated operational results showing year over year operational improvements.
Bachelors degree in business with logistics focus or logistics, supply chain, transportation - or - 5 years experience in export transportation and logistics
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and coach; collaborate enthusiastically with others

Strong communication, presentation, planning and organization skills
