Bowhead must be able to verify all post-secondary education listed on an Employee's application and resume, including but not limited to dates of attendance and degree/diploma awarded. Post-secondary education includes any courses taken through an accredited college or university in pursuit of a degree. Employee must have a valid driver license and three (3) year clean driving record. Employee must follow all Authorized Driver Policy and Procedures regarding approved vehicle usage. Duties Analyzes and evaluates major system project requirements of considerable complexity requiring a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting and interfacing with the system. Reviews user requirements and provides direction in the identification of problem and potential resolution. Provides analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of complex, multiple, inter-linked systems. Defines system objectives and prepares system design specifications to meet user requirements and satisfy interface problems. Formulates logical statements of user requirements and develops solutions through application of systems and methods engineering techniques. Reviews alternate approaches and selects appropriate methodology. May provide work leadership for lower level employees. Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related discipline from an accredited college or university with six (6) years experience in major Navy weapon system acquisition, maintenance, or logistics support, preferably associated with a submarine-launched or ship launched missile system. Experience should include reporting and analysis in support of planning, budgeting, scheduling and alternative program recommendations. Knowledge of ship/sub launched conventional and nuclear missiles beneficial. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a clearance at the SECRET level. Required Experience
