Systems Analyst/Operations Research Analyst Tracking Code BST-PAX-261 Job Description Bowhead is seeking a Systems Analyst/Operation Research Analyst to conduct technical and engineering studies, evaluations, and analysis. Efforts would include trade studies, analysis of alternatives, and feasibility studies to support acquisition decisions on systems, subsystems, or equipment. Assist in the technical assessments of emerging technology, and next generation technologies that can meet operational and technical requirements. Reviews alternate approaches and selects appropriate methodology. Analyzes and evaluates major system project requirements of considerable complexity requiring a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting and interfacing with the system. Reviews user requirements and provides direction in the identification of problem and potential resolution. Provides analytical support in the conceptualization, development and implementation of complex, multiple, inter-linked systems.

Experience with DoD communications technology, weapons systems, CONOP development or DoD Architecture framework (DoDAF). Experience with Cost Benefit Analysis, or studies performed for Pentagon sponsors is highly desired. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with model and simulation tools, such as NSS, GCAMS, Thunder, or advanced Excel models. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a clearance at the SECRET level.
