Job Summary Provides technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications. Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning system software and applications. Provides software development to prospective users. May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping. Build HMI. Developing professional expertise and proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Interprets customer technical specifications and generates strategies for implementation in production. Works from process and instrumentation drawings to design simple applications and control strategies to meet requirements. Assists with on-site engineering, start-up and application commissioning. Participates in customer acceptance tests. Support Customer training. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Builds productive working relationships internally and externally.
Education Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience. Write and speak english language
