Familiar with PowerPC products. Specific Job Description This requisition is for a Technician position with background experience in Digital, Analog, and RF electronics. Candidate will be required to utilize Special Test Equipment (STE) as well as Commercial equipment in their daily testing and trouble-shooting of the hardware to certified procedures. Individual will be required to troubleshoot to the component at the System, Unit, Card, and Hybrid Level. The individual must be very detailed oriented in the set-up, performance, and documentation of the testing required. Administrative activities require detailed documentation of test results. Must be well versed in the utilization of Digital Voltmeters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Frequency Counters, Power Meters, and other associated commercial equipment. Candidate will be subjected to PowerPc products. Individual must be a self-starter, work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be willing to work off-shift, weekends, shifted alternate work weeks as required. Hardware schedules are very dynamic so the candidate needs to be very flexible on short notice. Individual must adhere to all Quality and Safety requirements. Must be familiar in the utilization of Microsoft Office Products.
