Minco is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer for our UK/Eire market. This position will telecommute from a home office located in the United Kingdom. The Territory Sales Engineer is responsible for driving profitable growth of all Minco products in the UK/Eire market with a focus on customized products. Extensive travel, up to 80% of the time, is required for this role.

The successful candidate will:
. Maintain and develop a healthy funnel of new business opportunities
. Develop sales of customized products to OEMs in target markets
. Support Minco's markets and products plans
. Support quarterly forecast process
. Report territory activities on a monthly basis
. Collect and report important "voice of the customer" information
. Report competition information as appropriate
. Develop and maintain key business contacts with our customers and prospects
. Undertake and execute any other special assignments as required

Required professional skills and qualifications:
. Engineering education
. Minimum of 5 years sales engineer experience
. A real business developer with significant sales experience
. Proven track record of successful business development
. Excellent written and oral communication
. Strong presentation skills
. Customer focus
. Business planning and execution skills
. Results oriented
. Ability to work autonomously

Preferred skills of the successful candidate:
. Knowledge of one or several of our target markets (medical, aerospace/defense and industrial)
