Summary Description:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling product lines within the assigned territory with the objective of growing the territory in sales, distribution, and profits. Manages the planning, policy administration, promotion, selling and profitability for Residential Water Well and Ag/Irrigation products.
.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze distribution - add and delete where needed.
-Successfully segment applicable markets to increase distribution within common territories.
-Effectively introduce new products to distribution.
-Teach and train distributors, developers, contractors and engineers.
-Conduct seminars with, engineers, and key regulatory personnel.
-Stay within the budget expenses allocated.
-Maintain warranty records to monitor possible product problems.
-Structure sales call frequency that has the salesmen in front of the distributor as required.
-Work applicable trade shows.
-Develop a marketing plan for distribution that includes competition, pricing, market share, and key growth areas.
-Maintain and monitor software for sizing to insure accurate and up to date information is portrayed

Requirements/Specification:
-3-5 years of sales experience preferably in the agricultural/industrial water systems industry
-Ability to handle multi-tasks and to prioritize.
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred/Desired:
-Bachelors degree in business or related field
