Job Description
1.Check all of the easy-demaged parts in tester every 4hours 2. Inspection in Burn-in Area every 4hours 3.Test line 5S and PM (change Fucntional tester/ Pin Probe )on tester performance 4. Test station change over and coversion 5. Fishmarket meeting and investigation for FCT line stop issue 6. Hourly FCT test station UPH monitoring and taking analysis & corrective action if nessarry 7.Take corrective actions necessary to improve product yield (NTF analysis) improvement and tester downtime 8. Team pass over during shift change 9. Communicate status as needed, including discrepancies, to supervisor along with an explanation of part malfunction; suggest corrective action with Test Data collection 10. ECO/ECN implementation (HW or SW modification and result tracking & reporting etc..) 11. Tester weekly completely PM 12. Set-up and calibrate test stations and check calibration dates on all equipments weekly 13. Weekly spare part cycle count 14. Attend and participate in group meetings and team activities 15.Monthly ESD check and record 16.Calibration all RF cable every month
