Tool Crib / GSE Attendant 3
Receives, stores, and issues tools, machine tool fixtures, dies, and measuring devices. Controls and maintains organization of the Tool Crib including all equipment that is stored in the Tool Crib. Maintains records of tools issued to employees; takes periodic inventory and requisitions stock as needed; Ensures all tools and equipment are accounted for when issued from the tool crib and when returned to the Tool Crib. Reports damaged, worn out, or missing equipment using computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain databases. Ensures that all measuring devices are periodically calibrated and the records are maintained. Maintains records of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) issued to employees; reports damaged, worn out, or missing equipment using computers to enter transactions and validates information. Schedules Period Maintenance (PM) on the equipment and maintains the database. Cleans, oils, and performs daily inspections and minor repairs on equipment; disposes of surplus or obsolete equipment in accordance with established procedure.
Basic Qualifications: High School and 4 years additional education or AA Degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Tool Control and IMRL Manager
