Trade Control Specialist 4\5

Develops, plans and executes strategic solutions in support of enterprise objectives. Interfaces with key stakeholders and provides comprehensive regulatory and policy solutions to enhance strategic alliance. Partners on initiatives with regulators in a collaborative environment. Develops and deploys regulatory documentation for high profile activity with significant business risk and/or sensitive policy issues involving multiple programs, agencies and authorization types. Analyzes applicability of global trade control requirements. Leads teams in the development and improvement of enterprise processes and procedures. Participates in industry advocacy groups and supports governmental engagement.
Leads the development of company position in coordination with key stakeholders. Develops arguments and responses to external inquiries to support the company position. Participates in or leads industry advocacy groups and governmental engagement to impact the global trade control environment. Monitors trends in government and industry, anticipates potential changes and recommends approaches. Combines the multiple elements of global trade control requirements into a comprehensive enterprise global trade control strategy. Identifies, documents, develops and deploys regulatory documentation for high profile and/or precedent setting activity with significant business risk and/or sensitive policy issues involving industry partners, subsidiaries, joint ventures and multiple regulatory agencies.
