Description:
Basic Responsibilities include but not limited to:
. Sets up, adjusts and operates all equipment related to the upholstering of chairs at the facility.
. Changes over all components including those necessary for model changes.
. Checks finished product and makes adjustments to all non standard and variable settings to ensure close tolerances and consistently high quality.
. Has the ability to cut out fabric and all other less skilled jobs relating to the upholstery of product.
. Maintains consistently high quality and quantity performance standards.
. Keeps work area clean and in an orderly manner.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
. The ability to perform each task at an incentive pace
. The ability to work in a factory environment that may incur temperature fluctuations averaging around 50 degrees in the winter and 100+ degrees in the summer months and where dust fumes and noise are commonplace
. The ability to work up to 10-hour days as the schedule dictates
. The ability to work safely around machinery.
