Guardian Automotive Products, has an outstanding career opportunity in its Lanham, MD, auto glass distribution center. We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to lead in the warehouse of approximately 20 workers and drivers. Need to be able to effectively manage, encourage, consult and mentor employees. Be customer service focused and work closely on the phones and in person with our customers, as well as our warehouse delivery drivers. Will be responsible for making sure orders get picked correctly and deliveries get out on time, while managing our work force to utilize everyone to their fullest. Guardian provides a family type atmosphere where teamwork and employee input count, and focuses on treating both employees and customers with professionalism and respect. We are looking for motivated people who wish to grow with the company.
