Warehouse Supervisor
TheWarehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing, training and motivating hourly UAW employees in a world class logistics facility. Responsibilities include all operational goals and targets pertaining to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and environmental. The qualified candidate will have an active involvement with the workforce to improve operations through continuous improvement activities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree • Must have 18+ months supervisory experience • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office • Excellent team building and facilitation skill • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proven problem solving skills • Must be willing to work any shift and relocate
Preferred Qualifications:
