Must Haves: the ideal applicants will be experienced within the following areas:

• Composite Fabrication & Techniques

• NC Traditional CAD / CAM Systems

• Trim, Drill, AFP, ATLM Equipment

• Composite Tooling (such as mandrels and fixtures)

• Defect reduction, Root cause

• Corrective action, Problem solving

Preferred candidates will have the following skills

1. Pre-Cure Composites Manufacturing:

2. CATIA V5

3. NS2/nesting experience

4. OLT (Optical Laser Template)

5. USK (Ultrasonic Knife)

6. Automated Fiber Placement (AFP)/Composite Tape Laying Machines (CTLM)

~~~-Cure Composites Manufacturing:

• CATIA V5

• Vericut

• CATIA Advanced Machining Workbench

• Trim and Drill of composite parts

• Axis milling/machining of composite parts
