Randstad is hiring for a 1st shift Assembler position in Ashland City, TN! Candidates must have earned a High School Diploma or GED. Most days you are off work by 2:00PM. Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• · High School diploma/GED

• · 3 months industrial experience (corrugated packaging setting)

• · Highly adaptable to various duties

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Corrugated Parts Assembly (some hand assembly, some machine assembly)

• · Hot Glue Assembly

• · Packing Assembly

• · Strapping and Banding

• · General HousekeepingMUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS REPEATEDLY THROUGHOUT SHIFT

• · Light lifting between 1 and 10 lbs. continuously.

• · Perform various job functions throughout the day. (multi-task)

• · Stooping, walking, bending, twisting, standing, sweeping, hand motion, wrist motion, body

rotation, counting, reading tape measure.

• · Work in an environment that is often very hot in the summer.

• · Comply with safety policies and procedures.

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
