    Adecco is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly processes, ensuring the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).     Main Functions:

    • Execution of Assembly Tasks: Perform assembly tasks according to standard operating procedures, ensuring the maintenance of all equipment and production facilities.

    • Quality Control: Monitor product quality throughout the production process, conduct regular inspections, and promptly identify any deviations or defects. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and maintain product quality standards.

    • Production Efficiency: Maintain a consistent workflow by ensuring the smooth operation of hand tools. Maximize productivity while minimizing downtime to meet production targets.

    • Material Handling: Handle and manage raw materials, components, and finished products according to standard procedures. This includes loading, unloading, and moving materials within the production area safely and efficiently.

    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly to supervisors or designated safety personnel.

    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including production counts, machine logs, quality control checks, and other relevant documentation. Report production data and issues to supervisors or designated personnel as required.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.

    • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

    • Familiarity with operating production hand tools.

    Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
