Assembly Lead

Description:

Candidates will be working in one of the heavy assembly area, they will lead a team of 5-10 to perform the assemblies. They will be responsible for tracking production times and keeping the flow of operations on track. They will not be responsible for hiring/firing but will work closely with the supervisor and manager to keep the team at IEA expectations
