Position: CNC Lathe Operator (overnight shift)

Location: Bedford Park, IL

Salary: $25 - $30/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate Mazak Quick Turn 350 CNC lathe machine with precision and efficiency.

• Set up and program machine tools using M and G code.

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce high-quality steel components.

• Utilize overhead crane and forklift for material handling as needed.

• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator.

• Proficiency in Mazak Mazatrol programming.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and parallelism.

• Experience with tool & die or machine shop operations preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
