Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in both milling and turning operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in aerospace manufacturing and a passion for producing precision parts that meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce aerospace components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet quality requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency.

• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in aerospace manufacturing.

• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC milling and turning machines.

• Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.

• Experience with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-axis machining centers and live tooling lathes.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

• Machinist certification or equivalent training.
