    Insight Global is in search of Construction Materials Testing Technician to work out of Denver, CO. There will be a variety of projects from commercial building inspections, parking lots, highways etc. We need technicians who are comfortable being actively engaged on a construction site performing testing of construction materials in the field. This work will mostly be testing soils, concrete, and asphalt.

    Skills and Requirements

    - A minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry as a technician or inspector

    - ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1.

    - High school diploma or equivalent.

    - A good work ethic and high level of personal integrity.

    - Use a company provided laptop or tablet computer and a working knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

    - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    - Attention to detail, quality, and safety.

    - Authorization to work in the United States.

    - Ability to monitor contractors and report results verbally and in writing.

    o Proficiency in preparing clear and accurate detailed reports of testing and inspection activities and maintaining work activity records. - The candidate for this project with additional years of experience and certification meeting some or all the following criteria will be considered for higher levels of compensation:

    o ACI Strength

    o ACI Aggregate

    o ACI Laboratory Testing Technician I/II

    o ACI Aggregate Base Coarse

    o RCC experience.

    o Dam/Levee project experience.

    o ICC Special Inspector Certifications (Reinforced Concrete, Spray-applied Fireproofing, Structural Masonry, Structural Steel and Bolting, Structural Welding).

    o IFC Special Inspector Premier Certificate.

    o SC DLLR Special Inspector Registration.

    o Radiation Safety training for the operation of a nuclear density gauge with soil density testing experience.

    o WAQTC

    o ICC Soils Special Inspector or NICET Level II - Construction Materials Testing Soils. null
