Job Title: Fabrication Associate

Location: Grand Island NE

Pay Range: 19.00 to 21.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Review specifications of the orders using drawings or blueprints and determine characteristics of the finished item, materials to be used, and machine setup.

• Retrieve, inspect, handle, prepare, and position raw materials.

• Pull, cut, bend, weld rebar assemblies to size in accordance with specifications.

• Assist shear operators, other fabricators, and material handlers.

• Maintain clean work areas.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years combination of related experience and relevant training

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Sound judgment and keen problem-solving skills.

• Able to bend, reach, and stand for long periods of time.

• Able to read specification drawings and blueprints.
