Fabrication Manager

Description:

The Fabrication Manager will oversee all fabrication in the shop.

• Schedule work flow in shop, manage flow and prioritization with ownership and confidence

• Communicate with estimators and engineers to establish schedules and delivery dates

• Review production demands and schedule on a daily basis with shop foreman to ensure raw material needs are me

• Lead weekly production meeting(s) to keep stakeholders informed of latest developments

• Track project scope, change orders, and rework

• Participate in Safety and Quality teams

• Participate in Human Resource leadership including hiring, promoting, disciplining, career path development, and recurring performance evaluations of direct reports

• Assist in preparing Capital Expenditure budget

• Ensure quality control protocols are followed

• 5-10 years applicable hands-on fabrication and welding experience

Full benefits package including dental, medical, and vision insurance. 401K & PTO. Salary: $60,000 - $100,000/year with opportunity for bonuses.
