Flexo Press Operator - DIRECT HIRE

Our client, the world's largest prime label company, is seeking a Flexo Press Operator to join their team. The Flexo Press Operator will be a direct hire opportunity with health benefits, paid holidays and 401k plan.The ideal candidate will have Flexp Press and quality experence which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Flexp Press Operator (Direct Hire)

Location: York, PA

Pay Range: $25-$30

Shift: 3rd shift (11pm-7am) (This includes a $2.00 shift premium)

2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) (This includes a $1.00 shift premium)

What's the Job?

• Completes make ready in accordance with the Job Ticket and Product Specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used.

• Responsible for completing all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional checks. Completes all press-side quality checks.

• Operates press to produce product in accordance to customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste, and press efficiency.

• Completes all required equipment maintenance duties.

• Inputs all required information into the system for material usage and time in an accurate and prompt manner.

• Reports all safety concerns or issues to their immediate supervisor.

• Cleans plate, cylinder, and ink pans, and lubricates press as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED

• One plus years as a printing press operator experience and/or training.

• Two plus years as Lead Flexographic Press Operator preferred.
