Foreman

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Yard Foreman with a Local Company in Akron, New York. Weekly pay starting at $17-$20/hr based on experience. This is a 1st shift, Monday through Friday opportunity.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for manging daily staff-related activities, ensure facility is meeting production scheduling deadlines, perform inventory control, and leading a team. Foreman is to complete recordkeeping, maintain an organized work environment, perform preventative maintenance, and coach employees in professional manner.

Qualificatio ns:

• 2 Years' experience in supervisory or key leadership role in manufacturing environment (lumber yard preferable)

• Abilikty to use hand tools and measuring tools

• Regular ability to stand, walk, use hands/fingers, stoop, kneel, hear and lift minimum of up to 50lbs

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
