General Labor

We are a Pest Control company. 

Our office is located in the city of San Francisco, but we service the Bay area. 

We are looking to hire IMMEDIATELY for general labor. 

Your duties will include assisting in pest control services by prepping units by removing clutter, throwing out trash and old furniture, and cleaning out rooms by moping, wiping countertops and walls.

Duties are: 

Packing tenant's personal belongings 

Trash removal and taken to city dump 

Prep unit before treatment starts 

Launder clothes and bed items 

Loading and unloading heating equipment from warehouse to tenant's apartment units 

Read/monitor heat equipment to stay at a consistent temperature 

Use commercial fans, sensors, and iPads Monitor tenant items to prevent damage 

Rotating tenant's belongings to ensure no cold spots 

Qualifications: 

Has a valid driver's license

Excellent organizational skills

Maintain professional appearance 

Work as part of a team 

Ability to multi-task 

Ability to work a flexible schedule 

Be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance 

Compensation

$23.00 per hour while on a 90-day probation period. Once probation is over, you will be evaluated with possible raise, depending on work ethics.
