Then we would love to hear from you!What you'll doLEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILTIES+ Attends and leads Daily Stand ups at 6:00am+ Develop and post daily rotation schedules - staff the lines accordingly+ Manage daily OT and utilize staff accordingly+ Encourage team collaboration and motivate the team+ Address Level 1 escalations - refer to work instructions, restart equipment, perform troubleshooting; follow the escalation path and communicate with facilities, PTLs, Manufacturing Engineers, Materials/warehouse when necessary+ Review documentation for completeness and accuracy; Check for batch records that need corrections, perform corrections if applicable+ Ensure standard processes are performed daily - for example: LAL, burst test, cable tie verifications, pass downs, QC formsPRODUCTION RESPONSIBILTIES+ Foster a safe working environment, promotes safe work habits, and adheres to Cytiva's EHS procedures+ Has a lean mindset, focuses on continuous improvement, maintains 5S, and ensures standard work is being followed: examples include print and restock 5S documents, cleaning logs, parameter checklists, lot release checklists, etc.+ Ensure quality is maintained throughout the production process, and if needed, rework is completed properly, documented properly and line clearance performed+ Manage training process along with required documentation - prequalification, final qualification, update training matrix, ensure trainer with trainee+ Assist with printing labels in File Maker - cell bag, RTP, AKTA, flush+ Leads team through execution of the daily work plan and communicates daily goals. Responsible for output of production lines - ensure lines are continuously flowing, parts ordered ahead of time+ Effectively demonstrates understanding of work instructions and how they apply to specific responsibilities. Accurately completes production documentation and teaches others the importance of GDP and cleanroom production documentation.+ Identifies, escalates and documents events and subtle variances that deviate from normal operation; participate as needed in investigations.+ Ensures production area is stocked with supplies.+ Performs Batch record review, procedures revisions, and work order generations.+ Fulfils role of lead trainer on numerous operations and is an area SME.+ Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical operations.+ Mentors less experienced operators and performs support function for supervisor.+ May attend scheduling and meetings in absence of supervisor.+ May lead shift handover or act as shift lead in the absence of a supervisor.+ Key Responsibilities may differ among employees with the same job title and may change over time, in accordance with business needsSYSTEMS RESPONSIBILITIES+ Gensuite - enter safety concerns, track closure and asks for help when needed+ Production Tracker, Metrics tracker, Accessories Planning - manage production data for EHS, team and staffing, quality, and fulfillment+ Microsoft Office+ HVAC - manage and archive data in Excel and Box+ Update vacation schedule+ Manage GEL training and ensure team members have necessary time to complete+ Magic - understanding of how to find drawings, documentation, print current revs, purge documents+ Oracle - create insert/perfusion jobs, create LAL jobs, move transactions, batch record rollups+ MPS - update with status of job, comments, escalate if anything is out of orderLEADERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS: + An ongoing commitment to conducting our global business according to the highest legal and ethical standards, and continually pursue excellence in the development and delivery of all our products and services.+ Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations of the places in which we conduct business, as well as our own policies and procedures.+ Fosters a positive team environment, encourages collaboration within and across teams, and is honest and treats people with respect and courtesy.+ Constantly striving to make Cytiva a great place to work, and a company respected for the quality of its people and product.+ Acting as role models for our fellow employees by acting responsibly, fairly, and honestly in our dealings and exercising sound judgment in performing our jobs.Who you are+ Minimum 5 years of production or supply chain experience, manufacturing clean room experience preferred+ Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.+ Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity+ Demonstrated ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed+ Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming & rework documentation requirements and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specification.+ Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.+ Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices, as associated with this job type/position.+ Excellent communication skills with proficiency in with Oracle, Microsoft Office, Outlook and other electronic toolsWho we areWhatever your role, we bring purpose and challenge into our everyday work.
