    The WestRock Mississauga Folding (labels) facility is looking for a Journeyman to work with the Bindery team on the afternoon shift. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

    How you will impact WestRock

    • On a daily basis, cross reference completed, jogged or printed jobs and share updated copy with the Cutter team.

    • Work closely with the Customer Service department to resolve any order issues.

    • Audit ready to go orders.

    • Prepare orders with shipment dates and sales order numbers and label boxes for Shipping department.

    • Work with Finance team to close out outstanding Work in Progress (WIP)

    • Perform all related duties as assigned.

    What you need to succeed

    • Experience working with Microsoft Office (ie. Outlook, Excel, etc.) considered an asset.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to stand and walk 100% of shift on a concrete floor and ability to lift 40 pounds.

    • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.

    • Must be able to maintain good attendance.

    Shift Schedule

    • Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM

    • Friday: 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM

    • Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.
