    This position will work on specialized plant facilities maintenance and capital projects, to ensure present and future continuous operations. The position owner will do coordination's, and directly execute required validation protocol tests of facilities equipment, utilities, and systems. This specialist will generate as required product change decision tree, change control and change order documentation as required. The incumbent will perform in collaboration with Facilities or Sr Facilities Engineers, equipment, and systems improvement / upgrades.

    The incumbent is responsible for supporting any requested development and implementation of calibration or maintenance service planning in coordination workers engaged in facilities / equipment maintenance and construction. Ensures full compliance with the company's policies and objectives in all assignments in matters related to capital projects, property and facilities maintenance, building, and grounds.

    The incumbent will also support any facilities internal and external audit, will review, and indicate any fault to GMP record keeping in our facilities regulated records. Will also be responsible to lead the generation of our capital and facilities projects new vendors in our Oracle procurement system. Resource need to generate orders requisitions in our Oracle procurement system as required.

    This position will execute any required data entry, parameters sorting and resources assignments to keep the facilities service tickets system up and running.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    1. Do any work request for technicians and Tool & Die Maker

    2. Generate any administrative works for installation, maintenance, and repair programs for new equipment or machinery, plant modification, and layout changes.

    3. Visits jobsite to check on progress of construction, maintenance and repairs to equipment and facilities done by assigned personnel, to make the requested reports.

    4. Develops, modifies, and implements preventive maintenance plans to provide repairs to machinery or facilities as required by any project.

    5. Evaluate and assign any facilities ticket as requested.

    6. Keeps management staff and engineers abreast of all project status through reports.

    7. Execute, within its capabilities, any assigned facilities and infrastructure work.

    8. Generate spare parts procurement requisition as needed.

    9. Performs audit inspections to ensure work is done correctly; review work of employees for conformance to work plans and standard operating procedures. 10. Generate requests of diagrams, sketches, operation manual and manufacturer's specifications for capital and non-capital projects.

    10. Generate purchase requisitions for non-stock parts and outside contractors as required for maintenance services either by telephone or mail order.

    11. Keep project records and documentation in files organized and updated.

    12. Prepares reports, and documentation for any nonconformance as required. Responds to customer requests, status updates and complaints; research issues and resolves as appropriate.

    13. Supports the preparation of a variety of technical reports to include facilities and equipment budget estimation, preventive maintenance plans, and special projects facilities and equipment data.

    14. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    1. Bachelor's degree in engineering technology or any other engineering field or in business administration is required. Master's degree in engineering field or business administration would be a plus.

    2. Minimum range of two (2) to 3 (three) years of practical experience in capital projects, facilities and infrastructure in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment such as Medical devices, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology.

    3. Interpersonal Relationships / Customer Service - Develops and maintains collaborative and professional relationships with employees and the public.

    4. Judgement / Decision Making - Uses logic and reasoning to understand, analyze, and evaluate situations and exercise good judgment to make appropriate decisions.

    5. Knowledge of EHSS governing principles.

    6. Facilities Maintenance and Project Execution Systems Knowledge

    7. Computer Systems Knowledge Good communications skills

    8. Fully Bilingual (Verbal and Written)
