Randstad is searching for a production team lead who has experience and is interested in working in the Kodak area. In this position you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring safety expectations and production goals are met. You must have previous manufacturing leadership experiance in order to qualify. Pay for this position ranges for $22-23.50/hour

salary: $22 - $23.5 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 11 PM - 7:30 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Knowledge and Skills

? A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing/production environment

? At least 1 year of that experience in managing or directing team activities or the direct

supervision of people

? Good oral and written communication skills

? Basic math skills

? Ability to ed and write English to ensure proper interpretation of customer specification

and requirements

Minimum Education or Training Requirements

? High School Diploma or equivalent

? Minimum of 1-3 years in a manufacturing or production environment

Other Skills Required

? strong communication skills, both written and oral

? Training skills to train basic line tasks and train new personnel for Line Lead Position

People Management

? Directly Supervise 4-25 production line workers

? Reposting directly to shift supervisor

Physical Requirements

? Bending and reaching, stooping and/or crouching

? Standing for 8 or more hours per shift

? Pushing and/or pulling heavy equipment

? Lifting up to 50lbs. as needed

? Use of a manual hand jack

? Writing/completing multiple documents

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 45lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working weekends
