    The Loss Mitigation Title Supervisor will supervise a team of Loss Mitigation Title Agents to achieve maximum performance and ensure compliance objectives are met in conjunction with, FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC and Ginnie Mae document fulfillment requirements for Loan Modifications, Partial Claims, and Mortgage Recovery Advances ("MRA"). Work on various projects for the Department related to reporting, change management, compliance, quality assurance/quality control, and vendor/third party communication. Perform all duties in accordance with Company guidelines and applicable federal, state and local regulations. The Target Pay range for this position is $66,560 to $75,000.

    What you'll do:

    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.

    • Monitor receipt and delivery of applicable Title documents to appropriate agency for purposes of recording and collateral requirements.

    • Work with third party vendor to track recording timelines and remediate recording exceptions/rejections as needed.

    • Work with Title vendors in order to clear any irregularities preventing in obtaining a policy.

    • Attend regular calls with vendors to ensure SLA's are being met in accordance with CMS contracts.

    • Request collateral delivery extensions from applicable insurer/agency as needed to ensure compliance to program requirements.

    • Work closely with Collateral Manager to ensure collateral documents are properly executed and delivered timely to custodian.

    • Facilitate Supervisor responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Manage employees in such areas as workout technique, account recognition and customer service.

    • Prepare reports and track results and trends within the Loss Mitigation Department.

    • Oversee daily team operations; provide guidance and direction in daily work flow and volume.

    • Communicates to the group the daily work goals, expectations, and any policy and/or process changes.

    • Monitor employees on quality control guidelines and job performance through group training, one on one interaction and role play.

    • Communicate directly with counties in effort to resolve any errors or rejections.

    • Minimal travel supporting business operations may be required.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need:

    • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; college degree preferred.

    • Five (5) years of loss mitigation or document recording experience required.

    • One (1) or more years of experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role.

    • Knowledge of, FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC and Ginnie Mae Loss Mitigation document requirements, deliverables, and timelines required.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite at an intermediate level preferred.
