Machine Operator/Assembly

Adecco Staffing is working with a client in the greater Hinsdale, NH who is looking for additional Machine Operators on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm.

• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am.

• 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:30pm-6:30am.

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour

• 2nd Shift: $19.62 per hour

• 3rd Shift: $20.16 per hour

Job Purpose:

• To efficiently operate machines within the injection and blow molding departments

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

• Load and operate fast paced machinery

• Maintains standard productivity

• Maintains standard shift paperwork

• Visually inspect and package products for conformance to quality standards

• Meet production/productivity goals

• Read job books and follow contents in order to achieve determined results

• Able to communicate with others and/or interact with others in a supportive, responsive, and respectful manner

• Work safely and maintain a safe and clean work area.

• Perform any other assigned tasks as delegated by group leader or supervisor/manager.

Qualifications:

• Must be of 18 years of age or older

• High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience

• Able to read, understand and follow instructions, company procedures and standards is required

• Able to complete duties with attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to get along with others and work well in a team environment

• Good manual dexterity is required

• Reliable and consistent attendance is required.

• Must be able to work overtime as needed

• Able to work with minimum supervision.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.16 per hour
