Machine Operator

a. Under close supervision, operates conventional and CNC production machines such as winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, welders, etc.

b. Performs the production operation required to maintain constant quality check using Q.C. inspected first article and measuring instruments as necessary.

c. Sand, deburr, etc. as necessary to properly complete the machining operation with the quality required.

d. Any other duties assigned by production supervisor and/or set-up

Minimum Qualifications Required:

1. High school or equivalent.

2. Sufficient ability to maintain records and reports.

3. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.

The employee is required to: Stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel, reach with hands and arms, frequently above shoulders, climb steps and/or balance, talk and/or hear. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. And occasionally lift and/or move over 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

PAY RATE: $17.64 TO $19.72 SHIFT: Evenings (3pm-11pm) or Nights (11pm-7am)

$1,000 referral bonus after 90 days of employment and $1,000 retention bonus after six months of employment.
