  • Our client, Food production industry is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join their team.

    Job Title:1st shift Maintenance Coordinator

    Location: Milwaukee/Franklin, WI

    Pay Range: $20-$25/hr.

    What's the Job?

    • Receive materials in accordance with approved procedure

    • Issue parts and equipment to maintenance employees. - Maintain approved supplier list

    • Obtain Material Safety Data Sheets and USDA-approval documents for chemicals used in the department.

    • Resolve issues involving over short shipments, damaged goods, returns, unmarked or incorrectly marked goods, and track shipments when necessary.

    • Label material and stock items in proper location, pick material and deliver to user upon request.

    • Perform physical, cycle, and free issue transaction counts of materials and supplies as directed.

    • Complete and enter receivers, requisitions.

    • Assist in reporting status us physical inventory results to management. - Assist in maintaining MVP system database.

    What's Needed?

    • HS Diploma or Equivalent

    • At least 2 years of comparable work history

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong computer and organization skills

    • Willingness and ability to work independantly, motivated
