Manager-Sterile Processing-FT

Description

The Sterile Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day to day services of the sterile processing team and while ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards. Duties include but are not limited to management of staff scheduling, performance and training, development and implementation of departmental performance improvement activities, establishment and maintenance of internal inventory levels. Coordinates with equipment/supply representatives to ensure compliance with all products and equipment. Monitors the Capital Expense Requests, financial expenditures and department budget.

Associates degree in related field is preferred. Three years of progressive, high volume Sterile Supply experience is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. CRCST or CBSPDS Certification is strongly preferred.
