A Day in the Life: â€¢Oversees and coordinates the assembly of products following FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO guidelines and Medtronic procedures and documents all processes used. â€¢Oversee and coordinate work of manufacturing leads, assemblers and technicians â€¢Train assemblers, manufacturing leads and technicians in clean room procedures, QSR's and ISO guidelines and requirements â€¢Assign work according to production schedule â€¢Suggest improvements in processes, products and schedules â€¢Work with Production Manager and Director of Operations to assign work, review activities, review problems â€¢Select, train, supervise and evaluate production personnel â€¢Coordinate production activity with other Production Supervisors Must Have: Minimum Requirements + Bachelors degree required + Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Nice to Have â€¢3+ years of experience in device assembly â€¢2+ years supervisory experience â€¢Production operations, work planning, scheduling â€¢Read drawings and Shop Orders â€¢Quality System Regulations â€¢ISO procedures â€¢Supervise and train production personnel â€¢Use of various tools, including microscopes, calipers â€¢Basic computer skills â€¢Analyze operations, functions, finished products â€¢Recognize problems and take corrective measures â€¢Hazardous materials handling and emergency response procedures â€¢Basic reading and math â€¢Analytical skills About Medtronic Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
