    This position reports to Senior Manager Packaging Operations and is based at Fort Washington, PA

    Role reports to: Senior Manager Packaging Operations

    Location: Fort Washington PA

    Travel %: less than 5%

    What will you do

    The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for performing all responsibilities necessary to provide oversight to the manufacturing operations which includes, operate and troubleshoot, set up, adjust, repair and maintain the equipment and manufacturing processes. Provide direction and make decisions within the scope of the role and responsibility for a variety of tasks included but not limited to quality and compliance, technical and people management. Provide leadership to ensure adherence to all safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures. Partner with the cross-functional team to execute the production schedule. Fill in for Manager when necessary.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Attend GMP training on the schedule designated appropriately

    • Adhere to strict compliance with procedures applicable to the role.

    • Exercise the highest level of integrity in the tasks that are performed

    • In a timely and prompt manner, identify, report and seek correction for deviations noted in the workplace.

    • Embrace a behavior of employee involvement and commitment to doing the job right the first time

    • Ensure employees under your scope of responsibility are trained in required procedures for the execution of their role and maintain current with training requirements during the year.

    • Promote an environment of employee involvement in the workplace.

    • Seek prompt identification, reporting and correction of deviations in the workplace as noted by employees.

    • Provide feedback to site management

    • Build cross-functional working relationships

    • Drive implementation of continuous improvement actions and Kaisen events.

    • Day shift 6am-6pm on the 2-3-2 schedule

    Qualifications

    What we are looking for

    Required Qualifications

    • Associate's Degree or Vocational, Certificate or Technical School

    • Minimum of 6 years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment

    • Previous experience leading a team is required

    • Knowledge of FDA, EMA and cGMP regulations

    • Demonstrate ability to interact, motivate, and lead individuals in a manufacturing environment

    • Demonstrate analytical skills, process and data driven orientation, the ability to effectively resolve technical issues is required

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

    • Pharmaceutical/GMP experience is preferred
