    Job Summary

    Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) is a leading designer and manufacturer of focal plane arrays and flight-based camera systems supporting a myriad of defense, surveillance, space, and weather tracking applications. RVS is split into two manufacturing operations groups: (1) Focal Plane Operations & (2) Camera & Sensor Packaging. This role functions as an individual contributor and reports directly to the Associate Director of Materials Planning (SIOP). The prospective hire will perform master scheduling functions in support of all programs assembled within the Camera & Sensor Packaging manufacturing operations group.

    Responsibilities To Anticipate

    • Execute continuous management of the master demand schedule, including adherence to all required validations using the most up-to-date information available, in order to provide long range organizational effectiveness and aftermarket demand visibility in support of financial planning, internal / external capacity management, and the overall SIOP process.

    • Review and gate keep master production schedule (MPS) load requests. Load approved MPS requests into MRP system (SAP). Monitor progress to monthly MPS plan and escalate needs for re-planning and or manufacturing expedites.

    • Routinely generate and interpret reports using the following software solutions: SAP-Business Warehouse, PowerBI, Raytheon Atomic Dashboard, Kinaxis, CRS, SAP CMES UX Interface, etc.

    • Use reports to influence decisions made by operations management related to resource scheduling (i.e. equipment, personnel, tooling, etc.).

    • Generate performance to MPS and On Time Delivery (OTD) close out reports for operations management review on a routine cadence (i.e. monthly, quarterly, and annual)

    • Archive MPS and OTD data for future reporting needs.

    • Monitor the transportation and delivery of inter/intra-plant parts and outbound finished products. Monitor tracking and shipping of externally sold finished products.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience.

    • Experience with SAP or similar MRP system.

    • Prior experience working in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.

    • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. ~~~

    Preferred Qualifications

    • University Degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

    • Experience in Planning and Production Control.

    • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.

    Additional Information:

    Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

    The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
