    Business Unit Overview

    8th Avenue Food & Provisions is a growing organization made up of businesses that produce and sell quality products including pasta, peanut butter, granola, and fruit and nut trail mixes to retail, foodservice and ingredient customers. The company was formed in October 2018 through a combination of Post Holdings' private brands businesses and is owned by Post Holdings and funds affiliated with Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. ("THL"), a private equity firm. Responsibilities Wage: $21+ depending on experience Position Summary: The 8th Avenue Operations Coordinator provides administrative support contributing to plant efficiency and seamless administration.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Provides confidential administrative support to the plant while maintaining sensitive information Updates production boards and daily data sheets for Operations Coordinates food servicing and vending operations Interfaces with contractors to support successful site visits Develops and maintains reports for Operations and the Admin office, as needed Maintains and manages transportation compliance documentation for material handling Ensures office supplies are ordered and maintained Distributes and sends mail and FedEx shipments Responsible for transfers and receiving of packaging materials Assists with the coordination of new employee orientation and pay stub distribution Other duties, as assigned

    Education and Experience Required:

    HS Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution MS Office experience, Pivot Tables, Excel - intermediate skills are a must Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and problem-solve Worked successfully in a professional office environment

    Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

    Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Food Industry or Business Management Experience with computerized production system and spreadsheets Effective verbal, written, interpersonal and instructional skills Credibility and effective leadership skills
