    Summary: Operate automatic plastic forming machines to fabricate plastic parts .

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    · Handle material to and from work station

    · Keep machine area and equipment clean

    · Responsible to notify lead/supervisor with machine issues

    · Occasionally operate one or more machines

    · Fill in shift reports timely and accurately

    · Visually inspect and maintain quality standards

    · Report material shortages

    · Maintain work area using 5S Principles and follow Lean Manufacturing Principles

    · Observe all Safety rules

    · Complete required paperwork

    · May work in groups and/or individually as assigned

    · Support the team objectives

    · Other duties as assigned

    · Must be able to work a weekend schedule

    · Must be able to work overtime as needed

    · Flame, assemble and pack parts

    Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months related experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in physically demanding work in factory environment preferred. Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions presented in English.

    Language Skills: Reasonable ability to read, write, comprehend and speak the English language . Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to management and co-workers.

    Mathematical Skills: A bility to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
