Press Operator

Adecco's Permanent Recruitment team is assisting a large manufacturing company in Minneapolis, MN. We are looking for experienced Press Operators. This is a full time direct hire opportunity.

Position Title: Press Operator

Pay Rate Range: $28-$32/ per hour

Schedule(s)/Hours: 1st shift (Thurs. - Sat.) ( 5:00 am- 5:15 ) $3.00/hr. shift differential)

OR

2nd Shift ( Mon.- Wed.) ( 5:00 pm- 5:15 am) $1.50/hr. shift differential

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities Include:

• Efficient setup and operation of a flexographic press.

• Focus on meeting specifications in product quality, safety, and effective management of material and product waste

• Working with a team, collectively ensuring the press is stocked with all necessary materials that enable focus on the art of producing the labels

• Leadership in areas of Lean Manufacturing, quality systems, innovation, and current systems technology

Qualifications Include:

• High School degree or equivalent

• Two or more years in printing. Flexographic press experience preferred.

• E xperience with cold foils, hot stamp dies.

• Mechanical aptitude

• High levels of customer service.
