Process Operator (Hiring ASAP)

Description:

Production Workers will be working in the "Process Area" part of a refractory plant. This plant produces all types of bricks for high heat applications. The size of the bricks range from 3 inches to 33 inches long. Candidate will learn and be trained on 10 different work stations in the process area. Once proficient the candidate will continually rotate areas so they will never be doing the same job every shift. Each area varies slightly, but the common skill sets candidates should have from day 1 include sit down forklift operation, ability to lift 25-50 pounds, repetitive lifting/motions, basic computer skills (data entry) and basic math skills - counting bricks and pallets when needed.
