Product Inspector / Packer

New Product Inspector / Packer positions open for Wall Township, NJ company.

Hours:

1st Shift: 6:30 am till 3:00 pm

3rd Shift: 11:30 pm till 7:00 am (Sunday night till Friday morning)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hour

Location: Wall Twp., NJ

Product Inspector / Packer Responsibilities:

• Package and label all products

• Inspect and monitor production line with the support of the Extrusion Technicians

• Follow established work instructions and procedures

• Identify and handle nonconforming material

• Maintain and enforce a safe, clean work area

• Enter inspection data and create label through ERP systems

• Review and train new personnel as needed

• Communicate with Extrusion Technicians, Engineers, and Quality Staff

• Perform additional duties as assigned by Leadership

Product Inspector / Packer Qualifications:

• Must have basic math skills to include fractions, decimals and use of calculator

• Able to read drawings and work instructions

• Ability to use basic measurement tools to include rulers, calipers, measuring tape, laser micrometer and visual comparators

• Possess basic computer knowledge
