Leads the production team on the line. Cross-trained on all production equipment/lines. Performs various tasks, including, but not limited to: operating, setup/changeover, minor mechanical adjustments and sanitizing of the production equipment. Completes Redzone quality checks and downtime accurately, as well as production paperwork.
