Position: Production Associate Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday Pay: $19/hr

What You'll Do:

• Palletizing: Help organize and stack products for efficient handling.

• Support Machine Operators: Assist in the operation and maintenance of production machinery.

• Loading Materials: Prepare and load materials onto trucks for shipment.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards.

salary: $18.75 - $19 per hour

work hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized manufacturing area, routine equipment maintenance, tool management, ensuring smooth operations and;

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment

• Maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt

• Ready or put away tools as assigned

• Follow directions to operate machinery

• Hold or supply routine materials and tools

• Load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines

• Perform routine property care activities

• Execute non-technical routine tasks at the plant

• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products

• Report any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague

• Adhere to safety regulations

• Perform other duties as assigned

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
