Job Description

• Perform a variety of assembly tasks under the direction of the cell lead.

• Inspect work to ensure the highest quality of products.

• Maintain accurate daily production logs and complete paperwork with precision.

• Proficiency in computer operations, including software loading, is desirable.

• Keep the work environment clean and contribute to daily housekeeping duties.

• Adhere strictly to Method Sheets, SOP's, BSR's, and verbal/written instructions.

• Strictly follow all company policies and safety regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering teamwork and open idea-sharing.

• Fulfill additional duties or assignments as directed by management.

• Occasionally lift weights of up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate high accuracy and strong attention to detail.

• Preferably possess prior experience in manufacturing assembly.

• Skills in brazing and soldering are advantageous.

• Encouragement of knowledge in Lean manufacturing principles.

• Proficient in using various hand tools.

• Ability to work with epoxies and solvents.

• Possess good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.

• Ability to read and comprehend written procedures in English.

Pay : $18-$20/hr

Schedule : 1st Shift 7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday
