    Job Title: Production Equipment Cleaner

    Customer: Catalent, Inc.

    Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, storing, and reassembling various equipment in accordance with Catalent Micron Technologies procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). They will ensure equipment cleanliness for micronization processes and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs as needed .

    Even Simpler: This job is about taking apart machines used for making medicines very small (like powder), cleaning them carefully, putting them back together again, and fixing them if something goes wrong.

    Work Hours: MON-FRI 9AM - 5PM OR 8AM to 4PM

    Pay Rate: $ 22.00

    Location: Onsite - Malvern, PA

    Essential Functions

    • Safely cleans, stores, and assembles all CMTI and client mills and any associated equipment assigned to a specific product after processing.

    • Monitor all equipment to ensure that required re-cleaning dates have not expired.

    • Organize and maintain proper levels of inventory of associated parts for all mills, scales, heat-sealers, etc.

    • Maintain the required cleanliness of the entire cleaning area and processing equipment.

    • Thorough & consistent documentation techniques.

    • Safely carry out all duties in line with the procedures and policies set forth by MTI.

    • Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs of systems and equipment as outlined in MTI, cGMP, and client requirements.

    Skill Requirements

    • GMP or cGMP knowledge pertaining to cleanliness standards

    • Ability to clean, disassemble, assemble, and store processing equipment

    • Proficient in thorough & consistent documentation techniques

    • Skills to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on systems and equipment

    • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day.

    • Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.

    • Ability to climb steps/ladders and occasionally work from elevated platforms.

    • Ability to work in loud environments and wear various types of hearing protection.

    • Prior production experience required

    • Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends

    Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
