Responsibilities: + Supervise Production Line Supervisors and/or craft employees in activities associated with the production and maintenance aspects of the associated work areas + Supervise, assist, initiate and actively participate in the Product line development (production flow, fixturing, tooling) + Responsible for monitoring quality of work share (self-inspection, Operations/Methods/Standards) and training thereof + Assure all controlled documents on production floor and proper Rev. levels and transfer of contractual information to the production floor + Assist in the establishing and achievement of contract estimates and controls for labor and tooling + Responsible for Safety, including protective equipment and cleanliness for respective areas of responsibility + Day to day interface with Test personnel, oversee any extraordinary testing requirements + Hold Production/project meetings for resolution of issues impacting Product lines + Interface with various support functions to assure achievement and/or improvement of Business Unit objectives (i.e. Quality, Test, Materials, Engineering, Bids & Proposals, etc.) + Responsible for the monthly overhead budget of his product line(s) + Able to adjust and monitor changes + Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by supervisor/manager.
