Catalent is looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join a growing team at our site in Woodstock, IL.
This position is for shift C 6am - 6pm Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday, will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to shift start for transition meeting

Manage and lead production staff including new hire training and administrative task such as: (attendance, PTO, performance reviews and corrective action as needed)
Meet production goals and review all batch records in a timely manner
Maintain a safe environment and ensure all GMPs are followed
Maintain proper records and documentation by following all SOPs in compliance with GMPs, SOPs, FDA and other regulatory agencies and address customer complaints
Troubleshoot equipment issues and work with maintenance to resolve
Work cross functionally with other departments
Associates Degree in related field or 5 years' experience in manufacturing preferably in a pharmaceutical industry is a plus (GMP experience - required)
Minimum 3 years' experience supervising or leading in a similar industry such as GMP or pharmaceutical environment - preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills that foster teamwork for results of large teams
Drive to seek out continuous improvement opportunities (Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing- Preferred)
Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day and visual acuity (20/30 corrected vision)
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds with frequent reaching, and climbing stairs/ladders
