Join our dynamic team at Randstad! We are hiring for a leading electronics manufacturer in the NE Portland/Gresham area. As our Client continues to expand, we are seeking a talented Production Technical Operator to join our team and contribute to our success. As a Production Technical Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations at all times. What we offer:

salary: $22 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Able to follow detailed procedures, processes and/or technical methods of varying complexity under general supervision.

• May be required to provide guidance to others performing similar work.

• Comfortable working in a team or individual environment.

• Performing manual assembly and operating of automated test equipment.

• Experience with torque tools and measuring devices.

• Looking for growth opportunities.

• Problem solving and good communication skills. Work closely with co-workers and engineers to identify and help resolve problems that arise.

• Background in PCs (loading software/hardware configuration).

• Electrical background (e.g. use of multi-meter/able to follow schematics).

• Clean room experience.

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
