Production Worker

Description:

This person will be working in their slides department where they produce small glass slides for microscopes.

• They take 2 foot by 2 foot panes of glass, paint it, put it through a silk screen, cut it, break it it down to size, and grind it so the edges are smooth.

• Once the sides are put through the grinder, they are the finished product. They're then inspected, packed, and shipped to customers.

No one will have experience on these machines

**Will take experience from any productionm, Lift up to 50 pounds

• Put slides into a fixture, 10 fixtures go into the machine, then they get put through the grinder which is a smooth wheel and it buffs out the sides of the glass to make them smooth. (keeps the people using the slides from cutting themselves on the glass)

• Take fixtures and slides out, rotate them and follow the same process on the other side.
